Transformation Assessment
We learn how your organization works, identify where AI would add the most value, and define a focused first deployment. You come away with a clear plan, whether or not you build with us.

Implementation
We deploy Eddy, connect the systems that matter for that first deployment, and help your people adopt it. From there, we expand in separately scoped stages, so each step is its own decision.

Ongoing Managed Care
We maintain, support, and improve the system over time: updates to models and features, monitoring, and someone to call when you need help.
Scope and pricing for each stage are agreed before work begins. Payment and cancellation terms are set out in each proposal. Sequence and timing vary by organization.
